The NHS provides free health care for most people.

It is important to understand that GPs are self employed and not all of the services we provide are covered by the NHS payments to the practice.

Please expect a fee for non NHS services. The staff or your doctor should inform of any charges before carrying out non NHS work. This may include:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms
• Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
• Private sick notes
• Vaccination certificates

Our reception staff will be happy to advise you about appointment availability and applicable charges.

If you need a private medical letter or report, please print off and complete the form below and drop it into reception.  Please be aware that such requests can take up to 28 days to be processed.
